Around Bucharest on a bike: Cicloteque gets it right. Nearly

Last year we donned shorts and dreamed of Pedro Delgado-esque ascents of Luz Ardiden as we took part in the launch of Cicloteque, a campaign to get more people in Bucharest out of their cars and on their bikes.
