Did you noticed the guy on a bicycle behind them with a bucket and a shovel?
As a land full of peasants this makes sense. Unfortunately though times have moved on and now 500 hp luxury German sports cars now wreak havoc all over the roads and the Romanian police would do better using high powered BMWs to pursue the guys doing 200 km/hour next to horse carts.
I witnessed some spectacular near misses this past week in Transylvania between cars and trucks. I mean incredible situations where the guys narrowly escaped death!
