The Good News:
Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu, unofficially Europe’s Worst Airport, was today closed, and all flights moved to Otopeni Henri Coanda.
The Bad News:
It is just a temporary measure. Baneasa opens again on October 12th.
In the meantime expect long queues and delays as Otopeni struggles to cope with the extra traffic.
