Baneasa Airport Closed

 The Good News: Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu, unofficially Europe’s Worst Airport, was today closed, and all flights moved to Otopeni Henri Coanda. The Bad News: It is just a temporary measure. Baneasa opens again on October 12th. In the meantime expect long queues and delays as Otopeni struggles to cope with the extra traffic.

Bucharest Gets Another 1.5km of Bicycle Lanes
