This week the no sport channel, sport.ro, has something in its schedules worth tuning in for. On Wednesday, at 19:00, the channel is showing England vs. Romania, Wembley 1985. For those unaware of the score, look away now.
It was 1-1. Glen Hoddle scored for England, Rodion Camataru scored a brilliant equaliser for Romania. Gheorghe Hagi, just 21 then, showed more than a few early signs of brilliance, including one shot from about 40 yards that crashed of Peter Shilton’s crossbar.
